The Next Food Network Star: The five remaining finalists cook for guests Eva Longoria Parker and Todd English at their restaurant, Beso, in this new episode (9 p.m. Food).

Drop Dead Diva: Jane (Brooke Elliott) represents a designer (Cybill Shepherd) who is trying to stop the publication of a tell-all book written by her former assistant in this new episode (9 p.m. Lifetime).

Leverage: Nate (Timothy Hutton) and his team enter the world of master car thieves to take down a crooked car dealer. Bill Engvall guest stars in this new episode (9 p.m. TNT).

SPECIALS

Ultimate Air Jaws: Discovery’s Shark Week 2010 event kicks off with this special, in which shark expert Chris Fallows and filmmaker Jeff Kurr are back in South Africa to use state-of-the-art technology to film massive great white sharks blasting from the water to pull a sneak attack on their seal prey (9 p.m. Discovery). Shark Week continues at 10, with “Into the Shark Bite” where attacks are shot at point blank range.

Lies Between Friends: Old jealousies and long-buried secrets come to light when a college reunion leads to murder in this 2010 TV mystery (9 p.m. Hallmark).
