Ryan Clowe scored the lone shootout goal in the sixth round to lift the San Jose Sharks to their seventh straight win, 3-2, over the Phoenix Coyotes on Thursday night.

Phoenix had its franchise-record 10-game winning streak at home snapped.

Dan Boyle netted his 100th NHL goal, and Kent Huskins also scored for the Sharks, who beat the Coyotes in the shootout for the second time in four games.

Scottie Upshall and Taylor Pyatt scored for the Coyotes.

Boyle tied it 2-2 with a power-play goal with 14:31 left, taking a blind pass from Ryane Clowe on the right doorstep and squeezing a shot between Ilya Bryzgalov’s glove and the right post.
