Bill Moyers Journal: While Wall Street is back in the black and the push for more regulation seems stalled, Americans are still struggling to keep their homes and jobs. Moyers takes a hard look at the recovery with David Corn and Kevin Drum (9 p.m. KCET).

Ghost Adventures: Zak, Nick and Aaron get locked down in the Wolfe Manor Hotel in Clovis, a former sanitarium and convalescent home they believe may be haunted (9 p.m. Travel).

Numb3rs: Don (Rob Morrow) and the team investigate the theft of scratch-off lottery tickets, but the case takes an unexpected twist when one of the perpetrators killed in a robbery turns out to be a former lottery winner. Sanctuary: Magnus and the team rescue passengers and crew from a sinking ship, taking them back to Sanctuary for medical treatment (10 p.m. Syfy).

Now on PBS: The newsmagazine takes viewers to the fight against the Taliban and Al Qaeda, in Waziristan, inside Pakistan’s border, where many of the enemy fighters and leaders are based (10:30 p.m. KCET).

Viva Las Vegas: Elvis Presley plays driver Lucky Jackson, who comes to Sin City in search of money for a new engine and a win in the Las Vegas Grand Prix. Ann-Margret also stars in this 1964 musical, airing at 3:15 p.m. on TCM, part of the 20-hour Presley movie marathon that ends with a 9 p.m. showing of 1957’s “Jailhouse Rock.”

Kelly’s Heroes: Clint Eastwood stars as a GI in World War II Europe who hatches a scheme to steal a fortune in gold from the Nazis. Telly Savalas, Gavin MacLeod, Don Rickles, Donald Sutherland, Stuart Margolin, Harry Dean Stanton and Carroll O’Connor also star (8 p.m. AMC).
