Lenny Daniel added 10 points and eight rebounds for the Matadors (6-10, 1-3 Big West), who scored the last 14 points of the game. The Highlanders fell to 7-9, 1-3.

at UC Davis 79, UC Irvine 77: Dominic Calegari made all 10 of his shots from the floor to finish with 28 points in the Aggies’ victory. Mark Payne had 22 points for Davis (7-10, 3-2 Big West), which has beaten the Anteaters four straight times. Eric Wise had 25 points and eight rebounds for Irvine (8-9, 2-3).

at Long Beach State 67, UC Santa Barbara 47: T.J. Robinson had 19 points and 12 rebounds to lead the 49ers (8-9, 2-2 Big West). Orlando Johnson led Santa Barbara (8-7, 3-2) with 12 points. Long Beach prevailed despite committing 22 turnovers, which was better than the 29 by the Gauchos.
