Despite a recent four-game losing streak and a below-.500 record, Miami is in the running for the eighth and final playoff spot in the Eastern Conference. Dwyane Wade continues to produce (26.2 points, 6.5 assists a game) but few other Heat players are consistent contributors. Miami almost beat the Lakers back on Dec. 4, but Kobe Bryant banked in a three-pointer as time expired for a 108-107 victory.
