Ultimate Cake Off: Contestants create monster cakes -- the biggest in the series’ history -- for a monster-truck competition (9 p.m. TLC).

Law & Order: After a man is found guilty of a hate crime, Emily Ryan (Amy Madigan) and the Innocence Collective try to get his conviction reversed, but Cutter (Linus Roache) discovers that Emily’s student assistant (Anna Chlumsky) may have crossed the line to get some favorable testimony (10 p.m. NBC).
