Honored with seven Academy Awards including best picture, the film features flawless performances by Dana Andrews, Fredric March and Harold Russell as veterans struggling to cope with being back home (5 p.m. TCM).

The Special Relationship: Michael Sheen (“The Deal”; “The Queen”) plays British Prime Minister Tony Blair once again in this new fact-based drama, which chronicles how Blair forged a friendship with U.S. President Bill Clinton (Dennis Quaid). Helen McCrory and Hope Davis co-star as Cherie Blair and Hillary Clinton, respectively (9 p.m. HBO).
