Top Chef: Just Desserts: In the season finale the last three chefs compete in a four-course sweet and savory dessert challenge (10 p.m. Bravo).

South Park: Stan’s father can’t get enough of the Food Network in this new episode (10 p.m. Comedy Central).

Psych: While they’re on a popular haunted house ride at the Scare Fest in Santa Barbara, Shawn and Gus (James Roday, Dule Hill) witness a murder, which they suspect was committed by the ghost of a man who fell to his death at the same event 13 years earlier in this new episode (10 p.m. USA).

25 Years of Sexy: People Magazine’s Sexiest Man Alive! Kim Kardashian hosts this retrospective look at the magazine’s popular feature (10 p.m. ABC).

Valentine’s Day: Los Angeles residents wend their way through love, romance and heartbreak over the course of a single day in this 2010 feature starring Jessica Alba and Kathy Bates (10 p.m. Cinemax).
