Lakers Coach Phil Jackson said Minnesota Coach Kurt Rambis, the former Lakers assistant, said after the game: “Thanks for sticking some of your ‘dirty lineup’ out there in the floor, which is a joke between the two of us.” Minnesota has weapons in Kevin Love, the former UCLA player who has been on a rebounding rampage recently, and Michael Beasley, who has scored 25-plus points in five consecutive games.
