Vicky Lee Schiff is the chief executive officer of Avrio RE Holdings, an accomplished entrepreneur and investor with over three decades of experience in private equity and real estate finance. An innovator in her field, she has founded or co-founded five firms and her current company pioneers the PACE First™ financing model, which combines first mortgage debt with sustainable C-PACE financing. Previously, Schiff co-founded Mosaic Real Estate Credit, growing it into a nationally recognized platform before its acquisition by a mortgage REIT. A tireless champion for women in business, she mentors the next generation and uses her platform to create opportunities for women to thrive. In addition to her entrepreneurial work, she serves as chair of Dream Residential REIT and as a board member for Wedbush Capital.
