With over two decades of experience, including as the owner of the renowned Hairroin Salon, she has consistently pushed the industry forward. In the last 24 months, Jarman has led Curl Cult’s expansion into major distribution with CosmoProf and spearheaded innovative AV-driven in-store educational experiences. Her leadership focuses on empowering stylists with the skills and products to work with all hair textures, ensuring clients feel represented in professional beauty spaces. A dedicated mentor and community builder, she serves on the board of Boulevard, fostering stronger professional networks for stylists across California. In 2021, she launched Curl Cult, introducing the world’s first professional perm powered by pea protein as a healthier, modern approach to hair texture.
