Founder of Made by Meg Catering and president, founder & executive chef of MBM Hospitality, Chef Meg Walker has transformed Southern California’s wedding and catering landscape. After pivoting from a finance career, she established her chef-driven company in 2007, building it into a premier hospitality group known for seasonal cuisine and exceptional service. Walker now employs over 140 people across Greater Los Angeles and oversees more than 700 events annually. Her company’s success earned national recognition on the 2023 Inc. 5000 list. A dedicated community leader and proud South Bay resident, she actively supports local schools and charitable organizations, serving on the boards of the Palos Verdes Peninsula Chamber of Commerce and the Measure SOS Citizens’ Bond Oversight Committee.
