Recognized as a “Woman of Influence” by the Los Angeles Business Journal and an “Emerging Leader” by Modern Healthcare, Sunitha Reddy serves as the CRO and VP of operations for Prime Healthcare. As one of the highest-ranking women at the company, she is responsible for driving initiatives across revenue cycle, managed care and financial operations. In the past 24 months, Reddy has led systemwide efforts to redesign operational workflows, resulting in Prime hospitals achieving historic recognition, with more than 150 clinical awards from Healthgrades and 31 hospitals earning an “A” Hospital Safety Grade from The Leapfrog Group. Deeply committed to community health, she serves on the board for UNICEF and is the executive director of the Dr. Prem Reddy Family Foundation, which has donated millions to support public health initiatives.
