Founder of AM PR Group and a veteran entertainment publicist, Vanessa Anderson has established herself as one of the most highly respected publicists in the country. She is known for her long-standing partnership with Issa Rae, where she was an essential part of launching the HBO series “Insecure” and continues to craft PR campaigns for Rae’s ventures, including Hoorae Media and Raedio. Anderson’s agency has also led campaigns for notable talents like Amanda Gorman, Hailey Bieber and Lil Wayne. In recent years, she has guided the company through significant growth, birthing new ventures like 3830 Events and AM PR Sports. A proud Angeleno, she serves as the publicist of record for Mayor of Los Angeles Karen Bass and is on the board of advisors for the USC Annenberg Center for Public Relations.
