With over 40 years of experience, she leads major initiatives for nonprofits, government agencies and businesses, transforming cultures and ensuring compliance. Poindexter has recently overseen large-scale HR optimization projects and internal investigations, navigating post-pandemic workforce challenges. A prominent thought leader, she serves on multiple state and national boards. In the past year, she was appointed chair of the California Department of Insurance Diversity Task Force. She also serves as a public member on the State Bar of California’s Committee on Professional Responsibility and Conduct (COPRAC).
