The trailer for “The Hunger Games: Mockingjay -- Part 1” arrived on the Internet on Tuesday. Watch it if you haven’t yet -- and if you have, don’t worry, you can watch it again.

The film is the adaptation of the last book in Suzanne Collins’ blockbuster “Hunger Games” trilogy. But as the “Part 1” in the title suggests, it’s not the end of the movie franchise. That’ll come in “Part 2.”

In case there’s someone out there who didn’t read the “Hunger Games” books or see “The Hunger Games” and its sequel, “The Hunger Games: Catching Fire,” the trailer has a swift catch-up.

“I never wanted any of this,” says Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence). “I never wanted to be in the games. I just wanted to save my sister and keep Peeta alive.”

Ay, there’s the rub, for as the cheerfully ominous President Snow (Donald Sutherland) tells her: “It’s the things we love most that destroy us.”

In the previous two films, Katniss fought in the Hunger Games, a televised battle in which children fight to the death. Since Katniss has made it this far, it’s no spoiler to say that she was able to pull out two wins.

In “The Hunger Games: Mockingjay,” the story expands beyond the games to the dystopic world, which has drastic divisions between rich and poor. Revolution is in the air, and Katniss has a crucial role to play.

The film is set to open in theaters Nov. 21.
