Caitlyn Jenner to celebrate Olympic anniversary with nude Sports Illustrated cover

Caitlyn Jenner is reportedly ready to bare it all as US Weekly reported Wednesday that the former Olympian would be gracing the cover of a summer issue of Sports Illustrated in recognition of her gold medal decathlon performance at the 1976 Games.

According to the magazine, Jenner plans to wear “nothing but an American flag and her Olympic medal” on the cover, a decision sure to spark a controversy, as most things involving the reality star and her extended family of Kardashians tend to do.

Jenner revealed that she (then known as Bruce) was transgender in an April 2015 interview with Diane Sawyer on “20/20” and was reintroduced to the world as Caitlyn on the cover of Vanity Fair in June.

In July 2015, Jenner’s new documentary series “I Am Cait” debuted on the E! network and followed the former athlete as she and those in her life adjusted to the new normal of post-transition life. Jenner has faced criticism through the show’s run for abnormal her experience with transitioning has been, given her wealth

This will not be Jenner’s first racy photo shoot, however, having graced the cover of a 1982 Playgirl magazine with then-wife Linda Thompson.

Representatives for Jenner and Sports Illustrated did not respond to requests for comment Thursday morning.
