Casey Wilson of ‘Happy Endings,’ producer David Caspe welcome baby boy
Here’s to happy endings and new beginnings: Casey Wilson has welcomed her first child.
The “Happy Endings” alum gave birth to a baby boy, according to reports out Thursday.
Details of the little one’s arrival were scant, but E! News and People confirmed the birth.
The little guy is Wilson’s first child with husband-producer David Caspe, who created her now-canceled comedies “Marry Me” and “Happy Endings.”
Wilson’s rep declined to comment about the child’s arrival, and Caspe’s camp did not immediately respond to requests for confirmation.
The “Gone Girl” actress confirmed the “it’s a boy” news during a January appearance on the “Today” show, where she also revealed that she had a “rocky start” to her pregnancy.
“My husband said, ‘So many women are glowing pregnant women, and you are not one of them,’” Wilson quipped. “He meant it as a compliment. I have had a rougher pregnancy, but I’m here and I’m happy to be here.”
“We’ve gotten off to a rocky start, my son and I, but I think we’re going to see our way through this. He’s in a lot of trouble right now.”
Surely, that trouble went away when he finally met his mom.
