Jennifer Lawrence’s new man is actually her bodyguard, not a love interest, but he’s getting a lot of love from social media.
Jennifer Lawrence’s new bodyguard is currently eclipsing the Oscar winner in the swoon department.
“The Hunger Games” and “X-Men” star’s new muscle earned a fandom all his own this week when he was spotted out and about with the 24-year-old.
Page Six dubbed him Lawrence’s “bodyguard/manservant” during her New York apartment hunt, the New York Daily News called him a “mystery stud” and People ID’d him as her “rugged sidekick.” Twitter fans overwhelmingly characterized him as “hot.”
Lawrence, who is reportedly dating Coldplay’s Chris Martin, was photographed with the tall, dark-haired dude in Tribeca a few times this week while he accompanied her on that house hunt and carried her luggage and her tiny dog, Pippa, as seen in several paparazzi shots of the duo.
Dashing speculation that Lawrence had sparked a new romantic relationship, the handsome protector was identified by Us Weekly as Greg Lenz. The mag also reported that Lenz is married. Sorry, swooners.
The actress had a different dashing bodyguard in her employ last December, and he created a similar social media firestorm.
