(Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department)Lil Twist was a lil’ twisted early Thursday behind the wheel of Justin Bieber’s chrome Fisker Karma — that according to the L.A. County Sheriff’s deputies who arrested him around 3:30 a.m. on suspicion of DUI.
The aspiring rapper and Biebs BFF — real name Christopher Lynn Moore — was allegedly going 70 mph in a construction zone, L.A. Now reported, and ran a red light on a street leading to the gated Calabasas community where the pop star lives and his posse hangs out.
“He was stopped and he was arrested for driving under the influence of marijuana,” sheriff’s spokesman Steve Whitmore said.
The 20-year-old, who was taken to the Malibu-Lost Hills station for booking after the 3:30 a.m. arrest, actually had a lighted blunt in the car when he was pulled over, law enforcement sources told TMZ.
Lil Twist was let go after about eight hours in custody, the website said. The electric car, a $100,000-plus 18th birthday gift to Bieber from manager Scooter Braun, was towed and impounded.
Some interesting info from the sheriff’s arrest record: The guy really is little, rolling in at 5-foot-6 and only 110 pounds. He’s out on $5,000 bail.
