Zoe Saldana confirms twins’ arrival, names them Cy Aridio, Bowie Ezio

Zoe Saldana has welcomed her twin boys and shared the news with fans and followers on Friday.

The “Guardians of the Galaxy” star took to Twitter and Instagram to share New Year’s greetings and reveal her sons’ names more than a month after the boys’ arrival.

“Happy #2015 ! Starting our #NewYear with a fullhouse. Our boys are finally here! Thank U 4 all the beautiful wishes!” the 36-year-old tweeted.

“Our boys CY and BOWIE are finally here. #marcoperego and I wanted to thank you for your beautiful wishes and for your patience,” she added on Instagram, posting a pic of the boys’ milk bottles being hugged by stuffed animals. The bottles also made a cameo in her first New Year’s greeting, which featured a tony breakfast spread.

The boys’ full names are Cy Aridio and Bowie Ezio Perego-Saldana. She and husband, artist Marco Perego, welcomed the twins Nov. 27 in Los Angeles, her rep told the Los Angeles Times.

“Mother and sons are happy and healthy,” her rep added. “Zoe and Marco are so grateful to all of the fans for their incredible support and beautiful wishes. The family is also appreciative of the respect of their privacy during this exciting time.”

The “Star Trek” star was extremely mum about her pregnancy, even when her baby bump overtook her slender frame on many a red carpet. She even kept a tight lip when bumping bellies with “Guardians” costar Chris Pratt in July.

The Dominican-Puerto Rican actress only confirmed the pregnancy in August when Perego, whom she wed in 2013, participated in this summer’s viral Ice Bucket Challenge for her.
