Kim Kardashian talks love, plans old age with Kanye West

Kim Kardashian has said numerous times that she and boyfriend Kanye West are taking things slowly, but is it ever too soon to start thinking about forever?

Despite last year’s implosion of her 72-day marriage to NBA player Kris Humphries and West’s general unpredictability, it appears Kardashian has already exchanged “I love you’s” with the rapper and is thinking ahead to their old age.

Gracing the cover of New York magazine’s fall fashion issue, Kardashian invited readers on a ride-along of a recent day in New York City, where she’s been sharing West’s SoHo condominium.

“If I have a design meeting, or he has one, we come back and talk about how our meetings went. It’s cool, cause you can definitely get more in-depth with someone who actually knows what you’re talking about,” Kardashian told New York.

“When this whole life is done, and it’s just the two of us sitting somewhere when we’re 80, you want to have things to talk about that you have in common.”

Like the same taste in music? A new track from Kanye reportedly titled “Perfect Bitch,” for instance, wherein West describes his search for the perfect woman and finally lands on Kim. They both love it.

And speaking of love, we can stop wondering if the two stars have exchanged that all-important little sentence. Kardashian interrupts her interview to take a call from West, who coos the sentiment through her BlackBerry speaker.

“Love you too,” she responds. Don’t judge; given the Kim Kardashian track record on relationships, an “I love you” at this point could be as slow as Kim goes.
