‘Bachelorette’ Ashley Hebert marries J.P. Rosenbaum

Ashley Hebert of “The Bachelorette” fame married J.P. Rosenbaum on Saturday, doubling the number of couples forged on the eight seasons of the show and 16 seasons of “The Bachelor” who have actually made it to the altar.

“12/1/12 goes down in history as the best day of my life!!,” the bride tweeted on Sunday.

With “Bachelor” and “Bachelorette” host Chris Harrison doing the honors, according to People, the couple were wed outdoors in Pasadena in front of family, friends and fellow franchise personalities including Ali Fedotowsky, Emily Maynard and Jason and Molly Mesnick, who didn’t end up together on the “Bachelor” per se but later went there in real life.

The day was “about standing with J.P., looking around at all the people we love in the same room there to celebrate our love,” Hebert told the mag.

Hebert, 28, is a dentist; Rosenbaum, 35, is a construction manager. The couple, who according to their blog have relocated to New Jersey, had been engaged since May 13, 2011, and celebrated their one-year anniversary as a couple this Memorial Day in Mexico.

They’ll be postponing their honeymoon, however, an insider told Wetpaint, because the wedding was so close to the holidays. “[W]hen they really need it, they’ll take a fantastic trip,” the source said. “But in the meantime, they’re finally husband and wife, which has them both on cloud nine.”

The wedding can be seen in a two-hour ABC special Dec. 16. “The Bachelor” starts up again with its 17th cycle on Jan. 7.
