Frontline: This new episode chronicles the recent events that have rocked Rupert Murdoch’s media empire, as allegations of bribery, blackmail and phone hacking have spurred investigations in both the U.K. and North America (10 p.m. KOCE).

16 and Pregnant: The unscripted series returns for a new season (10 p.m. MTV).
