Diane Lane and Josh Brolin finalize their divorce

Diane Lane and Josh Brolin are officially divorced, according to court documents filed the day before Thanksgiving.

No details of any financial settlement were filed with the court, the Associated Press reported.

“Under the Tuscan Sun” actress Lane has taken back her maiden name, cutting loose the “Brolin” she’d added when they wed eight years ago. That according to TMZ, which first reported the news Monday.

The two, who have no children, filed for divorce in February.

“It was a mutual decision. It is very amicable. It’s not ugly, it’s just over,” a source told TMZ at the time.

Meanwhile, “Gangster Squad” and “No Country for Old Men” actor Brolin is reportedly in rehab in Northern California for alcohol issues.
