Michelle Branch, Matt Sorum at May 30 Stones Fest in Hollywood

After two sold-out performances last week in New York, the L.A. edition of Stones Fest, a musical salute to the Rolling Stones that benefits the Sweet Relief Musicians Fund, will bring Michelle Branch, Matt Sorum, Juliette Lewis and a host of other musicians to the Fonda Theatre in Hollywood on Thursday, May 30.

The talent roster for the show also includes Butch Walker, Chuck Prophet, Evan Dando, Jason Sudeikis and members of Eagles of Death Metal.

Phosophorescent also is on the bill, along with Will Forte, Cyle Barnes of the Weeks, Ethan Miller, Danny Masterson & Adam Busch, Ewan Currie of the Sheepdogs, Greg Dulli, Jesse Malin, Ruby Amanfu, Jamie Arentzen of American Hi-Fi, Michael Peña, Emily Armstrong of Dead Sara, Josh Lattanzi of the Candles, Soko, Catherine Pierce, Dakota Johnson & Ruby Stewart, the Uptown Horns and “surprise guests.”

The two Stones Fest shows in New York, which included Jane’s Addiction frontman and Lollapalooza founder Perry Farrell among the surprise guests, sold out in one week. The Cabin Down Below Band hosts the event, as it has for similarly conceived benefit tribute shows focused on the music of Bob Dylan and Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers.

Sweet Relief has been providing assistance to musicians in need since 1994. Ticket information is available at thebestfest.com.

Update at 10:55 a.m.: An earlier version of this post stated that Perry Farrell would be on the L.A. lineup. Farrell’s representatives say he has not been confirmed to participate.
