NCIS A Navy officer’s murder appears to be connected to Ducky’s (David McCallum) late mother. The case gives Ducky conflicted feelings about a decision he made almost four decades earlier. With Mark Harmon, Joe Spano and guest star Adam Campbell appears again in flashbacks as the younger Ducky. 8 p.m. CBS
The Middle Brick (Atticus Shaffer) is so successful as a babysitter that his customers want him to work all the time, and Sue (Eden Sher) is keeping a big secret from the family. 8 p.m. ABC
Brooklyn Nine-Nine What starts as a trip to find a special toy for Charles’ (Joe Lo Truglio) son leads Charles and Jake (Andy Samberg) to stumble on a foreign criminal operation. Mary Lynn Rajskub (“24”) guest stars. Andre Braugher, Melissa Fumero and Terry Crews also star. 8 p.m. Fox

Bull Bull (Michael Weatherly) returns to his hometown for the trial of a troubled arson suspect who has problems with many of the townspeople in the same way Bull did when he lived there.
