SERIES

Undercover Boss: Kampgrounds of America — a.k.a. KOA — is a chain of family-friendly camping facilities, some company-owned and some franchised. In this new episode the chain’s CEO camps incognito and takes a series of rank-and-file jobs to see what life is like for the workers (8 p.m. CBS).

Malibu Country: At Kim’s (Sara Rue) baby shower, Reba (Reba McEntire) says some unkind words about the guest of honor, not realizing that Sage (Hudson Thames), Kim’s stepson, is shooting a video of the event. Juliette Angelo, Lily Tomlin and Justin Prentice also star in this new episode (8:30 p.m. ABC).

Shark Tank: In this new episode two chemical engineers from Kentucky offer a capsule they have developed that keeps hot beverages from losing their heat, while a couple from Utah have come up with an instant-freeze process for ice cream using liquid nitrogen. The Sharks also revisit the body jewelry and accessory business that Mark and Daymond invested in back in the third season (9 p.m. ABC).

Fringe: Walter (John Noble) enters the deprivation tank in hope of uncovering information in the penultimate episode of the science fiction series (9 p.m. Fox).

Austin City Limits: Jack White performs in this new episode (9 p.m. KLCS).

Banshee: This new action drama series follows the crime and corruption stewing under the surface of Banshee, a rural Pennsylvania Amish town. Antony Starr and Ivana Milicevic star (10 p.m. Cinemax).
