MasterChef The top-12 cooks prepare romantic dinners for couples celebrating anniversaries, including Gordon Ramsay and his wife. 8 p.m. Fox


Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives Guy Fieri meets a couple of cooking celebrities in Lone Star State, where Matthew McConaughey cooks a killer chicken casserole and then former football star Earl Campbell shares his Hot Link Gumbo recipe. 8 p.m. Food

Eating America With Anthony Anderson The food-loving actor goes on the road to visit food festivals across the country. 9 p.m. Food

Major Crimes Luke Perry guest stars as the lead actor on a TV police drama — on which Lt. Mike Tao (Michael Paul Chan) moonlights as a consultant— who becomes the primary suspect in the murder of the actor’s biggest fan. Mary McDonnell also stars in this new episode. 9 p.m. TNT

Under the Dome Chester’s Mill has a new leader — Julia (Rachelle Lefevre) — in this new episode. 10 p.m. CBS

POV The new documentary “Fallen City” documents the journey of survivors of the “old” Beichuan, China, to the new one that was ready two years after a major earthquake devastated the city. 10 p.m. KOCE

Murder in the First In this new episode superstar attorney Warren Daniels (James Cromwell) considers putting his client (Tom Felton) on the stand as his murder trial approaches its conclusion. With Taye Diggs and Kathleen Robertson also stars. 10 p.m. TNT

CeeLo Green’s The Good Life In the season finale, CeeLo and Gipp visit an animal refuge in search of a tiger for CeeLo to ride. 10:30 p.m. TBS
