Queen Elizabeth II bestowed the Order of the British Empire on fashion designer Stella McCartney in ceremonies Tuesday at Buckingham Palace. McCartney dressed conservatively for the occasion, wearing a navy suit of her own design, with a pencil skirt and a fit ‘n’ flare jacket, and topping things off with a rhinestone fascinator with demure veil.
