Ben & Jerry’s launches the Tonight Dough ice cream inspired by Jimmy Fallon

Jimmy Fallon is really excited about his new Ben & Jerry’s ice cream flavor. So excited, that when he and Ben & Jerry’s founders Ben Cohen and Jerry Greenfield unveiled the new flavor on “The Tonight Show” on Tuesday, he called it the best ice cream he’s ever had.

“Guys, this ice cream is the greatest,” said Fallon throwing his fists up in the air in triumph. “It is the best tasting ice cream, I swear you will ever, ever have in your entire life.”

Now that’s a bold statement. And he clearly hasn’t tasted the Brambleberry Crisp ice cream by Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams — but we digress.

So what’s in Fallon’s greatest ice cream ever? Almost everything. The flavor has caramel and chocolate ice creams, chocolate cookie swirls, chunks (or in Ben & Jerry’s speak, gobs) of chocolate chip cookie dough and peanut butter cookie dough.

The Tonight Dough is available at stores nationwide. And all the proceeds go to the Serious Fun Children’s Network, a series of global camps for children with serious illnesses.
