If Malibu Barbie could consume alcohol, what would she drink? Lead bartender at the Walker Inn, a new speakeasy at the back of the Normandie Club in Koreatown, has the answer.

It's called the Malibu cocktail, a drink on the Walker Inn's PCH-inspired menu. Not only is the cocktail a pretty sunset color, it's a mix of grapefruit four ways, plus tequila, pisco, Campari and Lillet Blanc.
