Senior guard/forward Larry Johnson of Venice broke his wrist in the first quarter when he was undercut making a move to the basket. Johnson stayed in the game and scored 16 points and grabbed 15 rebounds for the Gondoliers before the break was discovered. Johnson will be out indefinitely, but his anticipated return is at the first of the new year.
