Senior guard Ebony White led Los Angeles (2-0) with 29 points, 12 rebounds and eight steals, and junior guard Shunee Price added 20 points and five rebounds. Sophomore center Devon Satchell pulled in 16 rebounds.

Campbell Hall 38, North Hollywood 37
Campbell Hall (2-2) took a one-point lead with a minute and a half left and held on for the road win. North Hollywood fell to 0-2.

Belmont outscored Franklin, 30-9, in the second quarter. Carmen De La Cruz led Belmont (2-0, 1-0) with 16 points, nine rebounds and seven steals. Also for the Sentinels, Tiffany Baker had 11 points and nine steals, Brenda Gomez had 12 points and Isis Jacobo had 10 points. Amy Ortiz led Franklin with 15 points.

Junior forward Natalie Kolodinski had 15 points and 10 rebounds and senior guard Kurra Frazier-Curtis added 15 for host Eagle Rock (2-0). Huntington is Park 1-1.

Njeri Garth had 14 points to lead Crenshaw in a victory at Duarte High.

Natalie Rodriguez and Coranne Felix each had 13 points for Savanna (4-2), which was within 33-30 with 49 seconds left in the third quarter.

Crenshaw, however, scored the last five points of the period and the Rebels faded in the fourth quarter after missing several free throws down the stretch.

Shika Ellis of Bravo (1-1) had 14 points and six blocks and teammate Jacqueline Mejia added 10 points, five assists and six steals.
