NFL RedZone: A box in the Nov. 22 Calendar section accompanying an article about NFL RedZone said it was carried by DirecTV. The RedZone on DirecTV is not the same channel as the NFL RedZone that appears on cable television, which was the subject of the story. The latter is available for a subscription fee on a variety of Southern California cable systems.

Southern California Close-Ups: An article in the Nov. 25 Travel section about the Coachella Valley reported that California 111 is known as Palm Desert Drive. It is that in the city of Palm Desert, but in Palm Springs and Cathedral City, it is known as Palm Canyon Drive.

Military service: A letter in the Nov. 25 Travel section stated that Ronald Reagan did not serve in the military. Reagan was called to active duty in the Army and was discharged as a captain in 1945.

Dann Cahn obituary: A photo caption that accompanied the obituary of film editor Dann Cahn in the Nov. 25 California section described Cahn as the last of the “I Love Lucy” show’s creative team. As the obituary noted, Cahn was the last surviving member of the show’s original creative team.
