Ebola outbreak: An article in the July 18 Section A about budget cuts affecting the World Health Organization’s ability to respond to the Ebola outbreak in West Africa said the United States was among the 80% of U.N. member countries that have not met their public health policy obligations to the WHO. The United States has met its obligations.

Graphic novelist: A July 20 Arts & Books section article listing 12 key creators of comic books and graphic novels misspelled author Michael DeForge’s last name as Deforge. The error also appeared in a July 21 correction acknowledging a typo in the title of DeForge’s “Ant Colony.”

Scarf artists: An article in the July 20 Image section about artists who design scarves gave an incorrect website for Anna Coroneo’s work. The correct website is https://www.annacoroneo.com. Also, a photo credit on the section’s cover misspelled scarf label Chrisu as Crisu.

Jewel: An article in the July 19 Saturday section about musician Jewel’s healthful lifestyle and advocacy for clean water said that the Alaska native grew up in Catchback Bay. She grew up in Alaska’s Kachemak Bay.

Hot Property: A July 20 Business section column on celebrity real estate transactions said Julie Chen has been the host of “Big Brother” since 2010. She has been the host since the TV show began in 2000.

Beauty entrpreneurs: An article in the July 20 Image section about Los Angeles-based beauty companies said Nyakio Grieco had been an agent at Creative Artists Agency. She had been an assistant.

Art collective: A July 21 Calendar section article on the art collective Single Wing Turquoise Bird said member Shayne Hood was in his 40s. Hood is in her 40s.

Actor’s credits: A July 18 Calendar section review of the film “Mood Indigo” said actor Omar Sy’s credits included “The Untouchables.” Sy was in “The Intouchables.”
