Yosemite fire: An article in the July 29 LATExtra section about a fire at Yosemite National Park said that stretches of California 120 were closed. In fact, highway 120 remains open across the Sierra Nevada. Big Oak Flat Road is closed from Crane Flat to El Portal Road.

Immigration courts: In an article in the July 29 Section A about children’s immigration court, remarks about why some immigrants have been asked to appear in courts far from the places they are living were misattributed to Kathryn Mattingly, a spokeswoman for the Executive Office for Immigrant Review. Mattingly referred questions to Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials.

“Belle”: In the July 29 Calendar section, an article about the writing credits for the film “Belle” misspelled the first name of Lesley Mackey McCambridge, senior director of credits and creative rights with the Writers Guild of America, West, as Leslie.

Dodgers television: An article in the July 29 Sports section about the Dodgers’ cable television situation identified the congressman who led a move to encourage arbitration as a way to settle the impasse as Ben Sherman. Rep. Sherman’s first name is Brad.
