Google: In the Sept. 23 Section A, an article about Google’s ties to conservative politicians and advocacy groups gave the wrong first name for the owner of an Oklahoma rooftop solar business who attended Google’s shareholder meeting in May. His name is Steve Wilke, not Jim.

Polly Bergen: In the Sept. 21 California section, the obituary of singer and actress Polly Bergen misquoted a line from “I’m Still Here,” which Bergen sang in Stephen Sondheim’s “Follies.” The lyric is “good times and bum times,” not “good times and bad times.”

Gerald A. Larue: In the Sept. 22 LATExtra section, the obituary of USC religious scholar Gerald A. Larue referred to archaeological digs in Palestine. The digs occurred in Israel and the West Bank.

TV comedies: In the Sept. 22 Section A, an article about the state of sitcoms on network TV said that Julia Louis-Dreyfus has won two consecutive Emmy Awards for the series “Veep.” She has won three in a row.
