John Hersey: In the Feb. 3 Calendar section, a movie review of “War on Everything” misspelled the last name of “The Algiers Motel Incident” author John Hersey as Hershey.

Sanctuary cities lawsuit: An article in the Feb. 1 California section said that the New York state attorney general had decided to join a lawsuit challenging President Trump’s executive order threatening sanctuary cities with a loss of funds. In fact, New York is challenging a different Trump executive order on immigration — one temporarily blocking people from seven Muslim-majority countries from traveling to the United States.
