German president: In the Nov. 21 Section A, the caption for a photo with a story about German politics identified a man as German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier. The man was not Steinmeier.

Della Reese: In the Nov. 21 California section, the obituary of singer-actress Della Reese omitted the author’s byline. It was written by staff writer Christie D’Zurilla.
