Oakland sex trafficking: In the July 7 Section A, an article about the Oakland Police Department’s sex scandal and sex trafficking in the city said that an investigator with the Alameda County district attorney’s office had been accused of sexual misconduct involving the young woman at the center of the scandal. The investigator had only been accused of having inappropriate conversations with her.

Jenny Slate: In the July 8 Calendar section, an article about actress Jenny Slate said she had appeared in “House of Cards.” She appeared in the Showtime series “House of Lies.”
