California ballot: In the Aug. 16 California section, a headline on an article about Donald Trump being listed as the nominee of both the Republican and the American Independent parties on the Nov. 8 California ballot said Trump would appear on the ballot twice. His name will be listed once.

Clinton tax returns: In the Aug. 13 Section A, an info box with an article about Bill and Hillary Clinton’s tax returns said their 2015 adjusted gross income of $10.6 million compared to $28 million in 2015. Their adjusted gross income of $28 million was in 2014.

California wildfires: In the Aug. 16 Section A, a graphic that accompanied an article about California wildfires indicated the Rocky fire started in May 2015. It started in July 2015.

Mohn Award recipient: In the Aug. 16 Calendar section, an article about Adam Linder receiving the Hammer Museum’s Mohn Award stated that his winning dance piece was titled “Klein Paradiso.” The correct title is “Kein Paradiso.”
