One dead, one injured in Hawaiian Gardens shooting
One man was killed and one wounded Saturday afternoon in a shooting in Hawaiian Gardens.
The shooting occurred at about 2 p.m. near the intersection of 215th Street and Norwalk Boulevard, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
The two men were hit by gunfire, the Sheriff’s Department said. They were both taken to a hospital, where one of them died.
Authorities said an investigation was ongoing.
