Brushfire at Camp Pendleton, no structures threatened
Firefighters continued Wednesday night to battle a brushfire that broke out hours earlier at Camp Pendleton, authorities said.
The fire, in the northern area of the sprawling base, has burned several hundred acres but is not threatening any structures. No injuries have been reported.
