Amanda Bynes is denying she has a drug problem after another bizarre arrest -- this time in New York.

The actress was arrested Thursday after she allegedly tossed a bong out of her Manhattan apartment window while police were there, according to The Times’ Ministry of Gossip.

An employee at the 47th Street high-rise where she lives had told police that Bynes was smoking marijuana in the building’s lobby, acting erratically and supposedly talking to herself, Reuters reported.

On Friday, she tweeted: “I only smoke tobacco I don’t drink or do drugs. I’ve never had a bong in my life!”

The former star of “What I Like About You” added: “I need to get another nose job after seeing my mug shot!”

In Los Angeles, Bynes has had a number of interactions with law enforcement in the last two years. Last year, she pleaded no contest to driving with a suspended license in a case filed by the Los Angeles city attorney. She was placed on three years informal probation and a second charge was dismissed. This week’s charges in New York could affect that probation.

The Los Angeles district attorney’s office has filed a driving under the influence case against her for an incident last year in which she allegedly hit a Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department cruiser in West Hollywood. That case is still pending.

Bynes was charged Friday with attempted evidence tampering, reckless endangerment and marijuana possession.
