Two people shot, wounded near South L.A. pawn shop
Two men were injured in a shooting Thursday near a South Los Angeles pawn shop.
The shooting happened about 3:45 p.m. in the 8700 block of South Vermont Avenue, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. The address is listed online as the location of Smart Pawn Vermont.
The victims were taken to a hospital for treatment.
No further information was immediately available about their condition or the circumstances of the shooting.
