Reader photo: Board meeting

Oh, if only all board meetings look like this: going into the ocean with your surfboard, catching some awesome waves and enjoying that glorious Southern California weather.

Instead, we must all live vicariously through this photo from surfer Sung Lee. Using his GoPro Hero2 camera set to snap a photo every two seconds, Lee was able to capture this shot of him in his “wet suit” at San Onofre Beach’s Trail 6.

“I have always enjoyed the play on words such as ‘board meeting’ or ‘wetsuit’ so I had these cheap pair of suits and wanted to amuse my family and friends, especially overseas, and capture the humor and spirit of Southern California lifestyle,” wrote Lee in an email.
