Reader photo: Look down, look up

In a reversal (of sorts) from Tuesday’s reader photo, instead of looking up to view schools of fish, we’re looking down -- with a hint of our ubiquitous palm trees in the mix. Photographer Armineh Hovanesian was in Old Pasadena when she spotted this photo opportunity.

“While waiting to meet a friend, I was directed to this hidden pond inside a medical building complex,” wrote Hovanesian in an email. “What a gem! The moment, the magic, the reflection of the sky and the trees was too beautiful to pass up.”
