On a hike in Runyon Canyon Park, Eric Norris (Instagram: @sfxeric) turned to look toward the city.
The skyscrapers of downtown L.A. were silhouetted against the sun, with a wall of clouds looming behind.
He shot a quick photo with his iPhone 6s. Norris made the sky black using the Noir filter built into iOS.
