Editorial: The L.A. Times’ recommendations in the June 5 election

Tuesday is election day for statewide, congressional, county and judicial offices. Polls are open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Vote-by-mail ballots will be counted if they are postmarked Tuesday and received by June 8.
